RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We have a 15-day return policy from the date of shipment, since we want you to be satisfied with our nuptiistic products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our QA team will review the returned product and refund will be processed after. Kindly keep in mind that engraved pieces or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange, however lifetime exchange or buy back is applicable. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nuptiistic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Nuptiistic is not responsible for lost or stolen item once declared ‘ Delivered / Received’ by the courier service. We are unable to exchange any items once they have been altered by another jeweller. The same is no longer considered a product of nuptiistic. We reserve the right to reject return from any particular customer, in cause of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
EXCHANGES
Please contact us on email us to receive a swift response. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and send you a credit amount to be used for any other product in exchange.
